《实用眼科杂志》1985年第3卷第4期报告用抗病毒新药聚肌胞治疗病毒性角膜炎,载30例12—67岁的患者,其中有8例侵犯基质层,病程31—105天,经平均23天而治愈。见文后,在临床上遇到该病,即用此法试之,门诊所遇8例,全部治愈。其中一位51岁的女性,左眼患病毒性角膜炎已25个月左右,两年来,在数所省、市医院诊治,均未见效。在我院就诊时,左角膜病变范围大约4×5mm,深达后弹力层,几乎穿孔。我于1985年10月12日开始对此患者治疗,常规洗眼,表麻后,每次用细棉棒吸取
