我国社会主义商品经济的发展促进了人们观念意识的急剧转变。在当前的国际大循环中,处于各级企业枢纽地位的秘书人员,必须树立强烈的竞争意识和正确的价值意识,才能做好企业秘书工作,以适应社会发展的需要。一、竞争意识目前,企业之间以及企业内部职能部门之间的竞争已为人们所了解,但对企业内秘书部门的竞争却还未引起重视:秘书工作者自身缺乏竞争意识;人们往往认为企业秘书部门“风平浪静”,稳妥可靠地每月拿些固定工资,捧着“铁饭碗”,一些领导干部子女或亲朋千方百计想进秘书部门的情况也屡见不鲜。
