钢锭冷态模拟介质,国外多用NH_4CI和KI,我们采用硫代硫酸钠作为介质,能较好演示钢锭结晶过程,为了定量模拟热态钢锭结晶和钢锭均热过程,以相似原理为依据,引用付立叶或凝固准数做决定性准数,以模拟钢锭在模内传搁和均热过程的温度场,液芯率和凝固速度等现象,初步实验与工业实际相吻合,钢锭凝固数据有一定参考价值。均热过程一些数据尚待实际资料证明和修正。
Steel cold simulation medium, foreign use NH_4CI and KI, we use sodium thiosulfate as a medium, can better demonstrate the ingot crystallization process, in order to quantitatively simulate hot ingot crystallization and ingot soaking process, based on the principle of similarity, reference to pay Leaf or solidification of the standard number to make a decisive criterion to simulate the ingot in the mold transfer and soaking process of the temperature field, liquid rate and solidification rate and other phenomena, the initial experiment and industrial reality coincide, the ingot solidification data have some reference value. Some data on the soaking process are yet to be substantiated and corrected by actual data.
