目的了解上海市闵行区住宿场所二次供水设施和卫生管理状况。方法对闵行区使用二次供水的全部住宿场所进行二次供水设施及卫生管理状况的问卷调查,并采集二次供水水样进行实验室检测。结果 33家使用二次供水的住宿场所中,水箱材质主要为不锈钢及水泥瓷砖贴面。2家住宿场所二次供水设施选址不符合卫生要求,18家住宿场所二次供水设施设计存在溢水管无防护网罩、水箱入口未加锁等问题。住宿场所二次供水设施每年开展清洗消毒的占75.76%,每年开展水质检测的占51.52%,住宿场所二次供水设施清洗消毒、水质检测等卫生管理情况明显不如居民小区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。共检测住宿场所二次供水水样45件,合格38件,合格率84.44%,二次供水水质合格率显著低于居民小区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论闵行区住宿场所二次供水水质明显不如居民小区二次供水,建议从许可审核环节改善二次供水设施设计、加强外部监、督促进其卫生管理水平、加强负责人培训以提高内部管理水平等方面提高住宿场所二次供水卫生状况。
Objective To understand the secondary water supply facilities and health management of residential places in Minhang District, Shanghai. Methods A questionnaire survey on the secondary water supply facilities and health management status of all accommodation places using secondary water supply in Minhang District was conducted. Secondary water samples were collected for laboratory testing. Results Among the 33 places where secondary water supply was used, the water tank was mainly made of stainless steel and cement tile veneer. The site of secondary water supply in 2 places of accommodation did not meet the hygiene requirements, and the design of secondary water supply facilities in 18 accommodation places existed problems such as non-protective net cover of overflow pipe and un-locking of water tank entrance. 75.76% of the secondary water supply facilities in the dormitory were cleaned and disinfected each year, 51.52% of them carried out annual water quality test. The hygiene management of the secondary water supply facilities in the dormitory was obviously not as good as that of the residential quarters (the difference was statistically significant P <0.01). A total of 45 secondary water samples were collected from accommodation sites, 38 of which were qualified, with a passing rate of 84.44%. The passing rate of secondary water supply was significantly lower than that of residential quarters with a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion The quality of secondary water supply in residential areas in Minhang District is obviously not as good as that in residential quarters. It is suggested to improve the design of secondary water supply facilities from the permit reviewing stage, to strengthen external supervision and supervise the health management level and to strengthen the training of responsible persons so as to improve the internal management level.
