目的掌握开江县登革热蚊媒种群动态变化和分布特征,为其防制提供科学依据。方法 2010年6-10月对开江县不同生境采用容器法对白纹伊蚊幼虫容器指数调查,采用人诱法捕捉成蚊,计算成蚊密度。结果调查积水容器共2639处,白纹伊蚊幼虫阳性165处,蚊幼阳性容器指数平均为6.25%,6-10月蚊幼阳性容器指数在1.65%~12.07%,各月比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=71.50,P<0.01)。不同生境中,蚊幼阳性容器指数以特殊场所最高(38.83%),其次是山林地(18.18%)和养殖耕种区(16.53%),其他在2.40%~6.69%,不同生境比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=271.89,P<0.01)。不同积水容器中蚊幼阳性容器指数以废旧轮胎最高(38.83%),其他积水容器在2.03%~12.77%,不同容器比较差异亦有统计学意义(χ2=216.05,P<0.01)。白纹伊蚊成蚊总密度为4.47只/人工小时,6-10月为2.67~6.50只/人工小时,各月比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.09~1.31,P>0.05)。不同生境中,以山林地最高(9.60只/人工小时),其次是养殖耕种区(7.40只/人工小时)和特殊场所(5.80只/人工小时),均显著高于其他环境(1.00~2.00只/人工小时)(t=2.78~3.64,P<0.05)。结论登革热媒介白纹伊蚊在开江县广泛存在,应做好登革热预防控制措施。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes and distribution characteristics of mosquito-dengue populations in Kaijiang County and provide a scientific basis for their prevention and control. Methods The container index of Aedes albopictus larvae in different habitats in Kaijiang County from June to October in 2010 was investigated. The adult mosquito larvae were captured and the density of adult mosquitoes was calculated. Results There were 2639 water container, 165 positive Aedes albopictus larvae, 6.25% positive index of mosquito-positive containers, and 1.65% ~ 12.07% positive index of mosquitoes from June to October. There were statistically significant differences in each month Significance (χ2 = 71.50, P <0.01). In different habitats, the positive index of mosquito larvae was highest in special places (38.83%), followed by mountainous areas (18.18%) and cultured areas (16.53%), others were 2.40% ~ 6.69% Significance (χ2 = 271.89, P <0.01). The positive index of mosquito larvae in different water storage containers was the highest (38.83%) for waste tires and 2.03% ~ 12.77% for other water storage containers. There was also significant difference between different containers (χ2 = 216.05, P <0.01). Aedes albopictus mosquitoes total density of 4.47 / artificial hours, 6-10 months was 2.67 ~ 6.50 / artificial hours, the monthly differences were not statistically significant (t = 0.09 ~ 1.31, P> 0.05). Among the different habitats, the highest was in mountainous areas (9.60 / artificial hour), followed by the cultivated area (7.40 / artificial hour) and the special place (5.80 / artificial hour), which were significantly higher than other environments (1.00-2.00 / Labor hour) (t = 2.78 ~ 3.64, P <0.05). Conclusion The dengue vector Aedes albopictus is widespread in Kaijiang County, and should be properly controlled.
