采用盆栽试验,比较了3个三年生越桔品种“美登”、“北村”和“艾朗”在干旱胁迫和正常浇水条件下的生理反应。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,越桔叶片的光合速率较对照明显降低,呼吸速率升高;叶片脯氨酸含量随逆境胁迫时间加长而升高,且升高幅度美登>艾朗>北村。干旱处理后第25d解除干旱胁迫,北村和艾朗品种光合速率升高很快,而美登品种叶片光合速率升高幅度较小。解除胁迫后第8d测定结果,3个品种干旱处理植株叶片的光合速率均高于对照。形态观察发现,3个品种耐干旱能力由强到弱依次为:北村>艾朗>美登。
A pot experiment was conducted to compare the physiological responses of three three-year-old bilberry varieties “Meiden”, “Beicun” and “Ailang” under drought stress and normal watering conditions. The results showed that under drought stress, the photosynthetic rate of bilberry leaves was significantly lower than that of the control and the respiration rate was increased. The proline content of leaves increased with the prolongation of stress time and increased with the increase of Meadin> Ailang> Beicun. On the 25th day after drought treatment, the drought stress was relieved, and the photosynthetic rate of Beicun and Ailang cultivars increased rapidly, while the photosynthetic rate of Meiteng variety increased less. The result of the 8th day after stress relieving showed that the photosynthetic rate of three kinds of drought-treated plants was higher than that of the control. Morphological observation showed that the ability of drought resistance of three cultivars from strong to weak was as follows: Kitamura> Iwate> Medellin.
