草莓花药培养,以MS为基本培养基添加BA0.5 毫克/升+ 2,4- D0.25 毫克/升,愈伤组织诱导率达129.17% ;添加BA2.0 毫克/升+ 2,4- D1.0 毫克/升,诱导率125% 。同一培养基,不同基因型草莓品种诱导率相差很大,“西班牙”的愈伤组织诱导率比“丰庆”提高82.29% 。草莓花蕾直径在3~5 毫米、花粉发育为单核期的诱导率比花蕾直径在6 毫米以上、花粉发育为初双核期的高6 倍左右。
