实验用体重130±10g的雌性大白鼠进行.动物共分四组,每组5只.1~3组动物于100天内每天随饲料摄入下列剂量多种预防药(按每鼠计):第1组——普鲁士蓝50mg、蛋氨酸250mg;第2组——乳酸钾200mg、磷酸钙70mg;第3组——柠檬酸、抗坏血酸各50mg、苹果酸100mg.第4组饲料中无添加剂,为生物对照.实验结束时,动物断头处死,胴体灰化,其中放射性核素含量用放射化学方法测定.在整个实验期间各组动物状况均良好,体重增长动态各组没有差别,各组动物胴体内~(137)Cs和~(90)Sr的含量如下表:
The experiment was carried out in female rats weighing 130 ± 10g.The animals were divided into four groups with 5 rats in each group.The animals in groups 1 ~ 3 were fed daily with the following doses of prophylaxis (in rats) on a daily basis for 100 days: Group 1 - Prussian blue 50mg, methionine 250mg; Group 2 - potassium lactate 200mg, calcium phosphate 70mg; Group 3 - citric acid, ascorbic acid 50mg, malic acid 100mg. Group 4 feed without additives, At the end of the experiment, the animals were decapitated and the carcasses were ashed, and the content of radionuclides was determined by the radiochemical method.The animals in each group were in good condition throughout the experiment, and there was no difference between the groups in the dynamics of weight gain.
