On February 3, 2010, the Planning Department of CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd. hosted a review meeting of pre-feasibility study experts for the construction of 50,000 t · a-1IIR liquefied natural gas (LNG) cold energy utilization project in Tanggu District, Tianjin Municipality.
