现代情报不是西方情报,情报与情报学之间有明确的界限。现代情报是存在于现代经济条件下的客观实在。情报不仅要反映过去,重要的是控制经济过程。“情报是一个信息系统”不能真实地揭示情报的本质特征。
Modern intelligence is not Western intelligence, there is a clear boundary between intelligence and intelligence. Modern intelligence is an objective reality existing under the condition of modern economy. Intelligence should not only reflect the past, it is important to control the economic process. “Intelligence is an information system” can not truly reveal the essential features of intelligence.
