一、开发、开放浦东应立足于重塑和增强上海的全国经济中心职能浦东是上海老工业基地的重要组成部分。划入开发区范围的黄浦江以东、长江口西南、川扬河以北的三角地区。面积为350平方公里,大体与目前的市区面积相仿。现有乡及乡以上独立核算工业企业1272家,工业产值177亿元,占全市总额的十分之一。其它如固定资产、职工人数、实现利税大致也是这个比例。
I.
