甲壳胺是一种在生物体内能自动降解的高分子聚合物材料,本文对其植入在大白鼠体内所致的组织学变化进行实验观察和研究以评价该材料的使用安全性,结果发现:甲壳胺材料植入大鼠软组织及股骨干内1周到3月,所致炎症反应及对骨折愈合的影响与克氏针植入大鼠相同部位的平行对照组比较无明显差异,表明甲壳胺材料是一种较安全的体内植入性材料。
Chitosan is a kind of macromolecular polymer material that can be degraded automatically in vivo.
