将从人胃分离出来的幽门螺杆菌(HP)经口感染悉生的“中国1号小型猪”,已成功的制成了与HP相关性动物模型。为了研究HP是否能在除胃外消化道的其他部位生存,我们将经口接种HP的乳猪处死后,用尿素酶试验,W—S银染色法、HP培养的方法检测食管、胃、十二指肠粘膜内HP。本组实验结果提示;HP不仅能在乳猪的胃粘膜上皮细胞表面生存,亦可以在食管及十二指肠粘膜内定居。
Helicobacter pylori (HP), isolated from the human stomach, was orally infected with the “Chinese No.1 Minipig”, an animal model that has been successfully linked to HP. In order to investigate whether HP can survive in other parts of the gastrointestinal tract, we tested the esophagus, stomach and ten by using urease test, W-S silver staining and HP culture after sacrificing piglets orally inoculated with HP Duodenal mucosal HP. The experimental results in this group suggest that HP can not only survive on the surface of gastric mucosal epithelial cells in suckling pigs, but also colonize the esophagus and duodenal mucosa.
