我国自己培育的615近交系小鼠,已广泛地用于免疫学及实验肿瘤学的研究。迄今未见有关615系小鼠自然杀伤细胞(Natural Killer,NK)活性的报道。本文报道正常615系成年小鼠脾细胞对~(125)I-udR标记的肿瘤靶细胞的体外NK效应。材料与方法一、动物:615系小鼠,自中国医学科学院实验动物中心引入,在本室繁殖饲养,鼠龄2～2 1/2月,雌雄均有。二、脾细胞(效应细胞)制备:按常规方法制备
The 615 inbred mice that have been cultivated in China have been widely used in immunology and experimental oncology studies.
