在毛主席革命路线指引下、在“农业学大寨”运动中、我省广大贫下中农,以阶级斗争为纲,发扬“自力更生,艰苦奋斗”的革命精神,努力改变生产条件,全面落实“八字宪法”,从提高土地利用率入手,广泛开展以带状种植为主要内容的耕作改制活动。许多地区已出现了带状种植夺高产的典型,创造了一些增产经验,为我省农业生产的进一步发展,闯出了一条新路子。
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line and in the campaign of “learning from agriculture in Dazhai,” the vast majority of poor and middle-income peasants in our province take the class struggle as the key link, carry forward the revolutionary spirit of “self-reliance and hard work”, strive to change production conditions and fully implement the “ Constitution ”, starting from improving land utilization, carry out a wide range of ribbon farming as the main content of farming reform activities. In many areas, ribbon-planting has emerged as the quintessential model of high-yielding crops and some stimulation-yielding experiences have been created, opening up a new path for the further development of agricultural production in our province.
