目的：报告１２例少见畸形下腔静脉后输尿管的下腔静脉与输尿管联合造影表现。材料与方法：自１９８６－１９９５，我院共收集１２例下腔静脉后输尿管。术前均进行了正侧位下腔静脉与输尿管联合造影。对该畸形的临床与Ｘ线表现做了回顾性评价。结果：１２例男性１０例，女性２例，年龄１５～５５岁。８例因肾积水首次就诊。放射学分类均为Ⅰ型（低袢型）、输尿管呈现反“Ｊ”型或“Ｓ”型。结论：下腔静脉与输尿管联合造影对该病诊断及外科治疗均有重要意义
OBJECTIVE: To report the combined findings of inferior vena cava and ureter after ureter in 12 cases of rare inferior vena cava. Materials and Methods: From 1986 to 1995, a total of 12 cases of inferior vena cava were collected in our hospital. Preoperative were carried out with lateral inferior vena cava and ureterography. The deformity of the clinical and X-ray findings made a retrospective evaluation. Results: Twelve males in 10 cases and females in 2 cases, aged 15-55 years. 8 cases of hydronephrosis for the first time treatment. Radiological classification is type Ⅰ (low-type), the ureter anti-“J” type or “S” type. Conclusions: The inferior vena cava combined with ureterography is of great significance in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of the disease
