从SWRS82B钢种对硫含量的要求出发,分析了LF精炼渣的组成对其容硫能力、流动性、钢渣界面张力等性能的影响,确定了精炼渣的基本组成为CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3的渣系及其最佳含量。通过强化转炉挡渣、优化脱氧、吹氩、温度控制,使SWRS82B精炼过程脱硫率达到68.60%,产品w(S)达到65×10-6的水平,较好地满足了产品要求。
Based on the requirement of sulfur content for SWRS82B steel, the influence of the composition of LF refining slag on the sulfur capacity, fluidity and interfacial tension of steel slag was analyzed. The basic composition of the refined slag was determined as CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 Slag system and its best content. The desulfurization rate of SWRS82B refining process reached 68.60% and the product w (S) reached the level of 65 × 10-6 by strengthening the slag blocking in converter, optimizing the deoxidation, argon blowing and temperature control, which met the product requirements well.
