目的 评价放射性核素 99m锝标记的亚甲基二磷酸盐 (99m TC- MDP)骨显像对于早期判断腓骨移植下颌骨成活的价值。 方法 对血管化腓骨移植修复下颌骨缺损的 2 4例于术后 7~ 10 d进行 99m TC—MDP骨显像。 结果 2 3例骨显像显示放射性浓聚即显示植骨成活 ;1例显示放射性分布稀疏 ,延迟相显示放射性缺损区表明植骨失败 ,以上结果均与临床相符。 结论 99m TC- MDP骨显像能早期判断腓骨移植修复下颌骨缺损的成活情况 ,可作为一项检测腓骨移植成活的指标而用于临床。
Objective To evaluate the value of 99m technetium-labeled methylene diphosphate (99m TC-MDP) scintigraphy in the early judgment of the survival of mandibular fibula in rats. Methods Twenty-four cases of mandibular defects repaired with vascularized fibula were subjected to 99m Tc-MDP bone imaging 7 to 10 days after operation. Results In 23 cases, bone marrow biopsy showed radioactive agglutination. One case showed sparse radioactivity, and the delayed phase showed that the radioactive defect area showed the failure of bone graft. The above results were in line with the clinical findings. Conclusion 99m TC-MDP bone imaging can early determine the survival of the mandibular defect repaired with fibula transplantation, which can be used as a clinical marker to detect the fibula graft survival.
