旨在了解聊城地区野生淡水鱼感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴情况,为防治工作提供理论依据。从聊城地区徒骇河中采集鲫鱼、麦穗鱼、白鱼、洛氏鱥、鳑鲏鱼5种野生淡水鱼共计693尾,采用直接压片法和消化法分别检查华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染率、感染强度,并用豚鼠感染的方法证实鱼体内所染虫种。结果发现5种淡水鱼全部感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴,总感染率为41.13%(285/693),以麦穗鱼的感染率最高为58.88%(136/231),洛氏鱥最低为6.87%(9/131),单尾感染强度最高为鲈塘鳢(784个/尾),单尾感染强度最底为洛氏鱥(5个/尾),鱼背部肌肉感染率最高为100%,其次为腹部肌肉38.25%、鱼鳃为5.97%。聊城地区野生淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染情况较为严重,应加强宣传和防治工作,以保护人体的健康。
To understand the Liaocheng wild freshwater fish infected with Clonorchis sinensis metacerical situation, to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment work. A total of 693 wild freshwater fish from crucian carp, crucian carp, white fish, white tiger, white tiger and white catfish were collected from the Tuhai River in Liaocheng, and the infection of the Clonorchis sinensis’s metacercaria were examined by direct compression and digestion Rate, Intensity of Infections, and Confirmation of Infestation by Fish in Guinea Pigs. The results showed that all five freshwater fish were infected with metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis, the total infection rate was 41.13% (285/693), the highest infection rate was 58.88% (136/231), while the lowest was 6.87 (9/131). The maximum single-tailed infection rate was 784 per tail, the lowest one-tailed infection rate was 5 per tail, the highest muscle infection rate was 100% in the back of fish, Followed by 38.25% of abdominal muscles, fish gills 5.97%. Liaocheng area wild freshwater fish Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria infection is more serious, publicity and prevention and treatment should be strengthened to protect the health of the human body.
