[目的 ]研究除草剂敌草快对胎仔动脉管的影响。 [方法 ]①妊娠的雌性Wistar大鼠随机分成 4组 ,每组 16只 ,实验组孕鼠于妊娠 2 1d皮下注射 0 5mg/kg、2mg/kg和 7mg/kg敌草快 ,对照组皮下注射等量的生理盐水。分别于注射后 1h、3h、6h、2 4h处死 4只动物 ,每只孕鼠取出 3只胎仔 ,制作冰冻切片 ,观察动脉管收缩情况。②取妊娠 19d、2 0d、2 1d的雌性Wistar大鼠各 8只 ,不同妊娠期动物随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组 4只 ,实验组皮下注射 7mg/kg敌草快 ,对照组皮下注射等量生理盐水。 3h后处死动物 ,每只孕鼠取 3只胎仔 ,观察动脉管收缩情况。 [结果 ]给予敌草快的胎仔动脉管直径明显小于对照组 ,且存在剂量 效应关系。由敌草快引起的胎仔动脉管收缩的临界期在胎龄 19d和 2 0d之间。 [结论 ]在本实验剂量与条件下敌草快对胎儿动脉管收缩有影响
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of herbicide Diquat on fetal artery tube. [Methods] (1) Pregnant female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 16 rats in each group. Pregnant rats in the experimental group were subcutaneously injected with 0 5mg / kg, 2mg / kg and 7mg / kg diuretic at 21 days gestation, The same amount of saline. Four animals were sacrificed at 1h, 3h, 6h and 24h after injection respectively. Three fetuses were removed from each pregnant rat to make frozen sections and observe arterial contractions. (2) Eight female Wistar rats at 19d, 20d and 21d of gestation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 4 rats in each group. Rats in experimental group were injected subcutaneously with 7mg / kg diuretic and control group Subcutaneous injection of the same amount of saline. Animals were sacrificed after 3h, each fetus fetus 3 fetuses were observed arterial contraction. [Result] The diameter of arterial duct of fetal cord blood that given diuretic was significantly smaller than that of control group, and there was a dose-response relationship. The critical period of contraction of fetal arterial tube caused by diura rapidly between the gestational age 19d and 20d. [Conclusion] Diopterin had an effect on fetal arterial contractions at the dose and condition of this experiment
