一、前言匣钵,作为陶瓷烧成的保护器,在陶瓷行业消耗量很大。其破损的原因,主要是承受温度变化而产生热应力,从而降低了坯体强度,使坯体炸裂成缝,或直接开裂破坏。本试验,用高铝矾土熟料加堇青石质结合剂的技术路线,来达到提高匣钵热稳定性、降低其热应力提高匣钵使用次数的目的,对下列五个方面进行了试验: 1、滑石加入量的合理选择 2、Al_2O_3提高对匣钵性能的影响 3、熟料颗粒度对热稳定性的影响 4、烧成温度对匣钵性能的影响
I. Foreword As a ceramic fired protector, it is consumed in the ceramic industry. The reason for the damage is mainly to withstand the temperature changes and produce thermal stress, thereby reducing the strength of the blank, so that the billet burst into cracks, or cracking and direct destruction. In this test, the purpose of improving the thermal stability and reducing the thermal stress and improving the number of cesium using the high alumina bauxite clinker plus cordierite binder technical route, the following five aspects were tested: 1. Reasonable choice of talc addition amount 2. Effect of Al2O3 on the performance of cerium 3. Effect of clinker particle size on thermal stability 4. Effect of sintering temperature on cerium properties
