目的:探讨图像后处理标准切面重建序列能否提高双源螺旋CT对小儿复杂先天性心脏病的诊断准确性。方法:经心腔开放性手术确诊的小儿复杂先天性心脏病患者38(男18,女20)例,月龄(15±6)月,体质量(10±5)kg。以手术结果为标准,对比传统经验法和标准切面重建序列法对复杂先天性心脏病心内结构性畸形的诊断准确率。结果:标准切面重建序列法对于复杂先天性心脏病心内结构性畸形的诊断的灵敏度优于传统经验法(95%vs.86%,P<0.05),而诊断的特异度和准确度无显著差异。结论:标准切面重建序列的图像后处理技术可以提高双源螺旋CT对小儿复杂先天性心脏病心内结构性畸形诊断的灵敏度。
Objective: To investigate whether the standard reconstruction of image reconstruction can improve the diagnostic accuracy of dual-helical CT in children with complicated congenital heart disease. Methods: Thirty-eight (20 males, 20 females) children with complex congenital heart disease diagnosed by open heart surgery at the age of 15 ± 6 months and body mass of 10 ± 5 kg were enrolled in this study. The accuracy of the diagnosis of structural abnormalities in the heart of complex congenital heart disease was compared with the traditional experience method and the standard section reconstruction sequence method based on the surgical results. Results: The sensitivity of standard cut reconstruction sequence method for the diagnosis of structural heart defects in patients with complex congenital heart disease was superior to that of the traditional experience method (95% vs. 86%, P <0.05), but the specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis were not significant difference. CONCLUSION: The image post-processing technique of standard section reconstruction sequence can improve the sensitivity of dual-helical CT in diagnosing structural abnormalities of heart in children with complicated congenital heart disease.
