在学生系統地、全面地、熟炼地掌握基础知識的基础上,如何提高学生灵活运用知識的能力,培养学生計算的熟巧,就成为提高教学貭量的主要环节。几年来,我們学习了各地一些教师的先进經驗,得到了很大的启示,在我們的实际工作中也作了若干尝試。現在就来谈談我們在这方面的几点作法。在于这个问题,过去我們存在的問題是不少的。不少学生不能灵活地运用所学的知職,解題的技能和計算熱巧也較差,我們有些同志只是責怪同学們基础差、脑筋笨,而沒有或者很少有教师自己考虑到在这方面到底作了那些工作,这是不对的。我校教师在党的領导下,通过教育革命,思想觉悟有了很大的提高,逐步地认識到在教学中,应发揮教师的主导作用,当然学生自己在平时的学习中,应該开动脑筋,多多研究所学的知識的应用和积累解題的技能和技巧,但是教师不在
