对有关国内外公共图书馆关闭的研究进行回顾和总结,并以国内H市公共图书馆为案例进行研究,分别就公共图书馆暂时性关闭可能构成的影响和避免及降低关闭影响的策略进行阐释,以期能够为今后我国公共图书馆关闭的相关研究提供相应的理论指导,为相关决策部门提供有益的实践参考。研究发现层层延伸的影响模式构成其关闭的恶性循环链;对能够避免其关闭或降低关闭影响的建议需要从分布体系和构成模式上进行整体性的思考。
This paper reviews and summarizes the researches on the closure of public libraries both at home and abroad, and takes the domestic H-City public libraries as a case study to explain the possible impact of temporary closure of public libraries and the tactics of avoiding and reducing the impact of closure , With a view to providing relevant theoretical guidance for the related research on the closure of public libraries in our country in the future, and providing useful reference for relevant decision-making departments. The study found that the influence model of layer extension constitutes a vicious cycle chain of its closure; and the suggestion of avoiding the effect of closure or reducing the closure requires a holistic reflection on the distribution system and compositional model.
