在梳理特色文献资源跨界合作研究与实践的基础上,分析影响特色文献资源跨界合作长效运行的主要影响因素,并根据中国审计情报中心建设项目的实践,指出构建整合异构资源的技术平台、建立知识产权保护和利益平衡机制、创造特色文献的信息价值、建立绩效评价机制等是实现跨界合作稳定发展、长效运行的关键举措。
On the basis of combing the research and practice of cross-border cooperation of characteristic document resources, the paper analyzes the main influential factors that affect the long-term operation of cross-border cooperation of characteristic document resources. According to the practice of the construction project of China Audit Intelligence Center, it points out that the technology of integrating heterogeneous resources Platforms, establishing mechanisms for the protection of intellectual property rights and the balance of interests, creating the information value of featured documents, and establishing performance evaluation mechanisms are the key measures for achieving stable development and long-term operation of cross-border cooperation.
