目的:优选毛脉酸模提取工艺。方法:采用单因素考察和正交试验相结合的方法,研究乙醇提取毛脉酸模的各影响因素,以多指标综合评分法进行数据分析,优选工艺条件;用HPLC梯度洗脱法同时测定毛脉酸模中的白藜芦醇苷、白藜芦醇、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量。结果:毛脉酸模提取的最佳条件为:将毛脉酸模药材粉碎成最粗粉以50%乙醇连续回流提取4 h。结论:采用多指标综合评分法优选毛脉酸模提取工艺能较有效地提高毛脉酸模的提取率。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of the velvetledic acid model. Methods: Single factor and orthogonal test methods were used to study the effects of ethanol extraction on the influencing factors of the sour tuber. The data were analyzed by multi-index comprehensive scoring method and the optimum conditions were determined. The HPLC method was used to determine the venation at the same time. The contents of resveratrol glycosides, resveratrol, emodin, chrysophanol, and emodin in the sour mold. RESULTS: The optimum conditions for extracting the sour and sour rind were as follows: the velvetledic acid herbs were crushed into the coarsest powder and continuously extracted with 50% ethanol for 4 h. Conclusion: The use of multi-index comprehensive scoring method to optimize the extraction process of velvetleaf can improve the extraction rate of velvetledic acid model more effectively.
