季节性冻土地区,地基土冻结时产生膨胀变形,解冻时产生融沉变形。在冻结的冻胀土地基上砌筑建筑物基础,往往由于基土融沉不均匀,导致建筑物开裂,甚至破坏。因此,有关技术规范明确指出:“当基土为冻胀性时,必须在未冻的地基上砌筑基础,且在施工时和完工后,均应防止地基遭受冻结。”高寒地区,冬季地基土冻结深度较大,开挖冻土困难,过去习惯做法是,五月份进点施工,挖出残留冻土,将基础砌筑在冻结深度以下。因此,
