本文叙述一种新的偏振-同步荧光法,该法能有效地抑制同步扫描过程中散射光的影响,从而提高信噪比和改善检测限。以萤光黄、罗丹明6G和罗丹明B混合物为例,采用=βnm的偏振-同步荧光法时,其检测限改善近四倍。
This paper describes a new polarization - synchronous fluorescence method, which can effectively suppress the impact of scattered light in the synchronous scanning process, thereby improving the signal to noise ratio and improving the detection limit. Taking the mixture of lucifer yellow, rhodamine 6G and rhodamine B as an example, the detection limit is improved nearly four-fold with the polarization-synchronous fluorescence method of = βnm.
