溶栓疗法是目前治疗脑梗塞最有效,最有前途的治疗方法.我们自1995年至今,采用颈内动脉和静脉注射尿激酶(Uro Kinase,UK)溶栓治疗大脑中动脉(Middle Cerebral Artery,MCA)供血区脑梗塞100例.将结果报道如下:
