实施素质教育是教育面向二十一世纪的需要,其关键是有一支高素质的教师队伍,现阶段,教师素质现状不尽人意,笔者结合工作实践对提高教师素质途径作了一些探索,收到良好的效果,本方就此谈谈自己的观点。
The implementation of quality education is the need of education oriented to the 21st century. The key is to have a contingent of highly qualified teachers.
