为探讨口轮匝肌受双侧面神经支配及面神经麻痹患者测试口轮匝肌双侧神经电图(EN_0G)的病理生理学意义,应用肌电图仪同时记录口轮匝肌双侧 EN_0G,求出非刺激侧对刺激侧的振幅百分比。同时测试口轮匝肌运动点时间-强度曲线闽值。结果表明,正常组及失神经支配(-)组、(+)组、(++)组、()组各组间振幅百分比差异均有显著性,失神经支配程度越重,振幅百分比值越大。提示口轮匝肌受双侧面神经支配,振幅百分比值越大,面神经损伤程度越重。
