博物馆是文物和标本的主要收藏机构,并且在新时期中承担着社会服务与教育职能,是我国社会主义科学文化事业的重要组成部分。然而大部分观众对于馆藏内容与文化内涵都了解不够深入,作为宣传教育工作的讲解员就承担起了将博物馆的知识性、趣味性、观赏性特点融为一体的讲解工作。现代观众的精神文化需求不断提高,因此博物馆的讲解工作应当确保参观环境、参观秩序、参观质量优良的基础上,将讲解工作扩充范围,与时俱进,最终实现博物馆建设的可持续发展。
Museums are the main collections of cultural relics and specimens, and assume the social service and educational functions in the new period. They are an important part of China’s socialist science and culture. However, most of the audience did not know enough about the content and cultural connotation of the collection. As a guide for publicity and education, most audiences took on the task of integrating the museum’s knowledge, interest and ornamental features into one. The spiritual and cultural needs of the modern audience are constantly improving. Therefore, the museum’s explanation work should ensure that visits to the environment, visit the order, visit the excellent quality of the foundation, will expand the scope of work to explain, advance with the times, and ultimately realize the sustainable development of museum construction.
