本文介绍了硼硅玻璃管空气予热器在工业炉窑上的运行性能和使用效果。多年的运行实践表明,用它回收工业炉窑低温烟气中的余热在技术上是可行的,节能效果十分显著。与铜管予热器相比它具有寿命长、防腐蚀、积灰少和易清灰等优点,其密封性能和运行传热效果均较好。作者所作的技术经济分析表明,硼硅玻璃管空气予热器较之钢管予热器重量轻、钢耗小,一次投资费用稍贵些,但运行一年便可回收全部投资。
This article describes the operation performance and the use effect of borosilicate glass tube air preheater in industrial kilns. Years of operational practice show that it is technically feasible to use it to recover the waste heat in the low temperature flue gas of industrial furnaces, and the energy saving effect is very significant. Compared with the copper preheater it has the advantages of long life, anti-corrosion, less fouling and easy cleaning, the sealing performance and operating heat transfer are better. The technical and economic analysis made by the authors shows that the borosilicate glass air preheater is lighter in weight than the steel preheater and consumes less steel. The investment cost is slightly more expensive but the total investment can be recovered after one year of operation.
