1987年第7期刊出了我的喷雾润滑冷却装置一文后,收到了不少读者来信询问控制部分的有关问题,为使大家少走弯路,现将控制装置示意图刊出,供参考。原图件8喷头的形状,要根据零件形状制作,如要喷上模腔,就把喷头装在下模内;如要喷下模腔,则反置。这样安装,工作时喷头一直在喷雾。如果用手动喷雾,喷头改用喷漆枪的手把,并装上铜管出口,把出口敲扁一点就可以了。
