目的:观察低密度脂蛋白- 阿克拉霉素( L D L A C M) 复合物对小鼠肝癌 H22 细胞的细胞毒作用。方法: M T T 法及蛋白质合成抑制实验。结果: M T T 实验显示,与正常肝细胞组相比, L D L A C M 复合物对 H22 细胞有更显著的生长抑制作用。蛋白质合成抑制实验除显示了 L D L A C M 复合物的生长抑制作用外,还反映出该复合物作用的饱和性。结论: L D L A C M 复合物对小鼠肝癌 H22 细胞有靶向杀伤作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the cytotoxicity of LDL-A C M complexes on mouse hepatoma H22 cells. Methods: M T T method and protein synthesis inhibition experiment. RESULTS: M T T experiments showed that the L D L A C M complex had a more pronounced inhibitory effect on H22 cells compared with the normal liver cell group. In addition to the inhibitory effect of the L D L A C M complex on protein synthesis inhibition experiments, the saturation of the complex was also reflected. Conclusion: L D L A C M complex has targeted killing effect on mouse hepatocellular carcinoma H22 cells.
