应用化学发光法研究培植牛黄对碱性二甲基亚砜体系产生O_2~1清除作用。结果显示，培植牛黄对O_2~1有较强的清除作用，其50％清除率剂量为0．03μg／mL，清除活性远高于维生素E。
The chemo-luminescence method was used to study the scavenging effect of cultured bezoar on the dimethyl sulfoxide system. The results showed that the cultured bezoar had a strong scavenging effect on O_2~1, its 50% clearance rate was 0.03μg/mL, and its scavenging activity was much higher than that of vitamin E.
