我院药学部实行了综合目标管理,对所属六个科室进行工作目标管理考核,收到了满意的效果。顺利的通过了药剂科达标验收和“三级甲等医院”的评审。考核内容以精神文明、工作质量、行政管理为中心,采取百分制,进行全面考核。
