目的分析糖皮质激素与特布他林联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果。方法自医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中随机选取86例,均分为两组,对照组给予特布他林治疗,观察组给予糖皮质激素与特布他林联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者的PaO_2、PaCO_2、有效率与对照组相比,有显著差异,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者接受糖皮质激素与特布他林联合治疗效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of glucocorticoid and terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Totally 86 patients were randomly selected from the hospital with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with terbutaline. The observation group was treated with glucocorticoid and terbutaline combined. Two groups of treatment. Results After treatment, the PaO_2 and PaCO_2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusions Patients receiving chronic glucocorticoid and terbutaline in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have a significant effect.
