世间万物,乃按此一时、彼一时之规律发展演变,因而,任何事物的好与坏只能放在特定的时实环境中去认识评判。由此让人联想到中国摩托车出口事宜。去年,我国摩托车出口可用成绩辉煌这样的极盛言词来形容,全年完成摩托车出口达288万辆之巨,上升势头特猛,咋看上去很有些势不可遏的阵仗,形势一派大好。然则,事情往往就是这样,来得快亦去得快。今年上半年,我国摩托车出口没有承接去年一路攀升的势头,反倒出现急转直下的态势,出口量大幅下降,出口额骤然缩减,令许多不明究里的人捉摸不透:这世道变得咋这么快?

Instead, there was a sharp downward trend in exports. The export volume dropped drastically, and the amount of exports suddenly shrank. This made many unexplainable people unexplainable: This world has become so fast. ?
