With transesophageal atrial pacing stroke-controlled scanning premature beats to stimulate 316 cases, revealing atrioventricular node pathways in 4 cases, the display rate of 1.26%. Tip atrioventricular junction path is still rare clinical electrophysiological phenomenon. This article also discusses the related issues of AVR revealed.
