自实行义务兵役制以来,为适应我军现代化的建设,每年都有大批身强力状的青年从地方补充到部队中来,因此,接兵中的卫生工作已成为一项重要任务。这项任务完成的好坏,不但关系着部队的健康水平,而且对我军的现代化建设也有很大的关系。所以,在一年一度的接兵工作中,如何保证新兵健康质量和防止将地方传染病带入部队,是当前值得研究的问题。现将1960年度进行这项工作的点滴体会提出来,以供参考。
Since the implementation of compulsory military service, in order to adapt to the modernization of our armed forces, every year a large number of young people with the form of body-building have been added to the army units. Therefore, the health work in receiving troops has become an important task. The quality of the task accomplished is not only related to the troop’s health level, but also has a great bearing on the modernization of our military. Therefore, it is currently worth studying how to ensure the quality of recruits and prevent the introduction of endemic diseases into the armed forces in the annual military recruitment. Let me give you some pointers about doing this work in 1960 for reference.
