学分制是一种适应通才教育培养模式的弹性教学管理制度,在成人高等教育领域推行学分制有其内在必然性。文章从上海市黄浦区业余大学推行学分制的实践入手,分析了实施学分制取得的实效以及存在的问题,旨在探索成人高校通过学分制的有效实施达到加强教学管理、提高教学质量的途径。
Credit system is a flexible teaching management system that adapts to the general education mode. It is inherently necessary to promote the credit system in the field of adult higher education. This article starts with the practice of credit system implemented by Huangpu District Amateur University in Shanghai, and analyzes the actual effect and existing problems in the implementation of credit system. It aims to explore the ways to strengthen teaching management and improve teaching quality through effective implementation of credit system in adult colleges and universities.
