为认真贯彻落实《国务院办公厅转发教育部等部门支援新疆汉语教师工作方案的通知》(国办发[2002]54号)的精神,结合新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府的建议,经我部研究,决定采取对口、定点、包干负责的方式和定项目、定任务的办法落实国办发[2002]54号文件确定的支援新疆汉语教师工作项目任务。中央财政安排6000万元,计划培养培训8800余名汉语教师,选派教师600余名(见附表1)。现将有关事项通知如下:
