目的分析护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法在本次研究中选择79例护理人员作为研究对象,分为甲组和乙组,分别给予常规管理模式和护士分层级管理模式,对管理效果进行分析。结果乙组护理人员的护理知识、护理技能和综合能力明显高于甲组,组间数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理模式的优势比较显著,患者对护理质量满意率比较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the role of nursing management in different levels to improve the quality of nursing management. Methods A total of 79 nursing staffs were selected as research objects in this study. They were divided into group A and group B, which were divided into general management mode and nurse hierarchical management mode respectively, and the management effect was analyzed. Results The nursing knowledge, nursing skills and comprehensive ability of nurses in group B were significantly higher than those in group A, and the data between groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The advantage of nurses ’hierarchical management is more obvious. Patients’ satisfaction rate of nursing quality is higher, which is worthy of clinical application.
