热电材料是能够利用固体内部载流子运动实现热能和电能直接相互转换的功能材料,其转换效率取决于材料的热电优值ZT。介绍了几种典型的钌基合金的晶体结构特征及其热电性能,论述了钌掺杂对合金热电性能的影响规律,阐述了含钌热电材料研究现状。
Thermoelectric materials are functional materials that can utilize the movement of carriers inside the solid state to realize the direct conversion of thermal energy and electric energy. The conversion efficiency depends on the thermoelectric figure of merit ZT of the material. The crystal structure characteristics and thermoelectric properties of several typical ruthenium-based alloys are introduced. The influence of ruthenium doping on the thermoelectric properties of the alloys is discussed. The research status of ruthenium-containing thermoelectric materials is also discussed.
