中草药浸出液在蒸发浓缩的过程中,常因杂质的存在而产生大量泡沫。习惯的除泡方法是用瓢舀,随舀随泼,泡沫中夹杂着的药液亦随之弃去,实为可惜。舀泼费力费时,且泡沫不易除尽。为了提高工作效率,尽量避免药液浪费,我们设计制作了一种简易的蒸发除泡装置。这种装置制作简单,操作方便,能有效地分离泡沫和药液,避免药液浪费。现介绍如下。简易蒸发除泡装置:见附图。
