为总结交流进出境集装箱、运 输工具检疫工作的经验、研究加强对进出境集装箱、运输工具的检疫管理、检疫处理,国家动植物检疫总所于4月7日至11日在厦门召开了全国进出境集装箱、运输工具动植物检疫工作会议,来自各口岸局、动检所、植检所的75名代表参加了会议。总所夏红民副所长致开幕词,姚文国副所长作总结报告,厦门市副市长蔡锦祥出席了开幕式。 会议期间,天津、青岛、上海、绥芬河、海口、厂州和厦门局介绍了开展集装箱和运输工具检疫的经验,代表们对《进出境集装箱检疫管理的若干规定》、《关于集装箱运载转关货物动植物检疫管理办法》及《进出境运输工具检疫管理办法》等进行了讨论,统一了对若干检疫操作问题的做法。
