目前国内消炎痛的剂型是片剂和胶囊剂,服用后常因出现消化道溃疡、出血而被迫停药。国外多以栓剂直肠给药,而且在英国药典上已列为法定制剂。我们配合半合成椰子油栓剂基质(以下简称半合成椰油酯)的研究,试制了消炎痛栓剂。通过上海市第六人民医院、光华医院和长江农场职工医院等单位临床观察,消炎、解热和止痛作用显著,持续时间长,基本上没有消化系统的副反应。一、栓剂的制备处方:消炎痛 25g 500粒量(每半合成椰油酯 840g 粒重1.73g)
Currently indomethacin formulations are tablets and capsules, often after taking peptic ulcer, bleeding and forced withdrawal. Foreign mostly suppositories rectal administration, but also in the British Pharmacopoeia has been listed as a statutory agent. We cooperate with the semi-synthetic coconut oil suppository base (hereinafter referred to as semi-synthetic coconut oil) research, trial production of indomethacin suppositories. Through the clinical observation of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, Guanghua Hospital and Changjiang Farm Workers Hospital, the anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects were remarkable, with long duration and basically no side effects of digestive system. Preparation of a suppository Prescription: Indomethacin 25g 500 grains (840g grain weight per half synthetic coconut oil 1.73g)
