阿法米生产线传送带的驱动轴是由材质为0Cr19Ni9的实心轴1与空心轴2焊接而成的,并在空心轴的外表面包覆一层硅橡胶(耐热温度-90～250℃,硬度为45～85邵尔),其结构如图所示。购进时该设备为整体包装,由于长途(3000多公里)运输,并不断颠波,加之驱动轴自重约116kg,使其左端产生变曲变形 6～7.5mm。
Afa production line conveyor belt drive shaft is made of a solid shaft material 0Cr19Ni9 welded hollow shaft 1 and 2, and the outer surface of the hollow shaft coated with a layer of silicone rubber (heat-resistant temperature -90 ~ 250 ℃, hardness 45 ~ 85 Shore Seoul), its structure as shown. At the time of purchase, the equipment is packaged as a whole. Due to long distance transportation (more than 3000km), the equipment is continuously driven by the waves and the dead weight of the drive shaft is about 116kg, causing the deformation of the left end to 6 ~ 7.5mm.
