预应力混凝土是在外荷载作用前预先建立有预压应力的混凝土,混凝土的预压力一般是通过张拉预应力筋实现的。普通混凝土框结构由于跨度小、柱网密,无法满足多种功能的需要,而预应力可以有效解决以上问题。预应力混凝土管桩由于具有承载力高、适应性强等特点,近年来得到了大力推广。本文通过分析预应力混凝土管桩的施工特点,以南昌市某工业区工程为例,针对上浮原因,提出处理措施。
Prestressed concrete is a pre-stressed concrete that is pre-stressed before the external load is applied. The pre-stress of the concrete is usually achieved by stretching the pre-stressed tendons. Due to the small span and dense column network, ordinary concrete frame structures cannot meet the needs of multiple functions, and prestressing can effectively solve the above problems. Prestressed concrete pipe pile has been widely promoted in recent years due to its high bearing capacity and strong adaptability. This paper analyzes the construction characteristics of prestressed concrete pipe piles and takes an industrial area project in Nanchang City as an example to address the causes of the rise.
